The focus is to strengthen agriculture and food processing sector interaction between India’s commercial, academic and research institutions through joint activities and institutional links.

• To bring together researchers and stakeholders working in crop research, extension and agri-business, in order to build linkages by sharing and jointly evaluating results and experiences in research and extension;
• To clarify future research and development needs in partnership with relevant agencies for collaborative activities under PPP mode
• To identify future capacity building and training needs in research, development and extension.
